I wanted to share a tip with you.. Does anyone else suffer from the tendency to just go go go?

If you answered yes.. that's me too, my mind is constantly busy 😞
To combat this I'm teaching myself to really slow down before I reach the burnt out feeling. This week I didn't rush myself in the morning I sat down, drank my matcha tea, wrote out my goals and enjoyed another wellness mag by @aconsciouscollection . Each day started with clarity instead of running around like a MAD woman, even though my schedule is JAM packed it's okay to fit in ME TIME.. I know its harder said than done. But It allows you to be a lot more productive, keeps you grounded and quite frankly  you'll achieve everything you set out to do.
